Orders:
Orders may be placed by telephone, fax, mail, on-line, or come into our retail location.
Special Orders:
If you don’t find what you need on-line, please contact us at 1-800-394-9661 or by email. We will do our best to supply your needs. We will also be happy to big or quote on large orders, furniture, equipment, and custom orders.
Prices:
Prices sate are FOB our plants and net except where otherwise noted. All prices are subject to change without prior notice because of possible manufacturer price changes. We bill at the manufacturer’s latest selling price. In case of sizable increase in prices (an increase of 10% or more), we will notify you prior to shipment for your consent.
Sales Tax:
All personal orders delivered within the state of Florida will include applicable sales tax. Tax Exception will be honored with a tax exempt letter to qualifying organizations. All orders shipped outside the State of Florida will not be subject to sales tax.
Shipping Charges:
We ship UPS or truck. Prepaid orders add 10% freight (minimum $ ). Open accounts we will bill actual freight. Orders for $1,000 or more will be SHIPPED FREE in the continental United States. This excludes furniture items and items with the truck insignia located near the price. Orders requiring international delivery are also excluded.
Terms:
Net 30 days to schools and other authorized institutions. Payment must accompany orders from individuals.
Back Orders:
If an item is out of stock, it will be noted as a “back order” on your packing list and invoice. YOU will not be charged until the item(s) are shipped. If you do not want your item(s) back ordered or wish to cancel a back order, please notify us by calling, faxing or e-mailing us. Back orders will be shipped as soon as we receive the item(s) from the manufacturer.
Damaged Items:
Please check for visible damages and/or shortages before signing your delivery receipt. Note discrepancies and/or damage on shipping documents and sign your name and driver’s name in space provided. If, on further inspection, you notice any concealed damage or loss, you must save all boxes and packaging material and notify the delivering carrier. Call or email us as soon as possible to notify us of the damaged item(s). We must be notified of damages within 10 days of receipt of shipment. All shortages must be reported in 30 days of receipt of shipment.
Returns:
Returns will be accepted without prior authorization from us. You may request return authorization by calling, faxing, or emailing us. When requesting authorization to make returns, please include billing invoice number. Materials being returned must be in saleable condition and should be insured since you are responsible for all materials invoiced. |
